At SWADEV JEWELS, we strive to make your shopping experience effortless and satisfying. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or unsuitable item, you can request a return following our policy.

Return Policy Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return Email us at info@swadevjewels.com or contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days. Keep the original packaging, tags, and invoice. Pack securely to maintain original condition.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, we can arrange pick-up. For other reasons, send returns to: SWADEV JEWELS, {businessLocation}, USA. Notify us via email with order ID, tracking number, and courier details.

Refunds are confirmed within 15 working days of receiving your package.

Cancellations Orders may be canceled before processing. Once shipped, receive the item and return within 7 days.

Exchanges Request exchanges within 7 days via email or phone.

Return Conditions Items must be unworn, in original condition, and pass quality check.

Custom Orders Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Timing Refunds are processed after quality check. Any item failing the check will be returned without refund. Updates will be sent by email within 7 days.

Refund Method Refunds are issued as store credits via gift card with unlimited validity.

Return Pick-up Limitations Pick-up is available only for damaged or incorrect items. For all other reasons, ship returns to the address above.

Reverse shipping charges may apply if pick-up is arranged. Store credit will reflect after deducting applicable charges.
